Tony specialises in seeing the older client especially those aged over 60 years.

My wife and I have been attending weekly sessions under Tony’s supervision for several months and  have both been very impressed by his professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm. He has completed professional training courses as his many certificates show.

Whilst his training sessions are designed to be strenuous he nevertheless judges most carefully the abilities of his clients and adapts the training sessions accordingly. He has a delightful manner with much humour, is most encouraging but at the same time  expects his clients to make progress by increasing the difficulty or level of exercise as the sessions progress.

I have no hesitation in recommending Tony Taylor to anyone who is interested in improving their level of physical fitness which as everyone knows is so important in particular for those in the older age brackets.

I have been attending Tony’s classes for the last six months, and I know I shouldn’t say it, but I have thoroughly enjoyed them. Tony keeps you on the ball – no two classes are the same and just when you think you have sussed something out, he changes things! He has lots of patience, a good sense of humour and encourages everyone to do their best. The results of me attending, eating a healthy balanced diet and walking the dog thirty minutes everyday are that: – I have lost six inches around my waist, – two stone in weight – and I have muscle definition that I haven’t had for many years. It has been hard work but worthwhile.

As a youngster I was a keen keep-fit person and regularly played cricket till I was 63. At the age of 73 I attended a presentation which Tony gave outlining his program for the 60+’s which convinced me it was time to revitalise some of those once “highly trained” muscles! Have been going to Tony’s  classes for a number of months now and can say I am already starting to notice improvements.  The format of the class with a small group of “students” means that Tony is able to give individual direction to ensure the exercises are performed safely and to provide the optimum benefit. Definitely would recommend them to anyone in my age group wanting to improve their fitness.
